Care To You Healthcare

Absolutely fantastic My 97 year old mum was independent and strong until about 9 months ago. She then started to show her age and needed more and more help. Then following two stints in hospital a package of care was put in place. I cannot speak highly enough of this agency. Every carer was kind, compassionate, respectful and gave really useful feedback. The office always responded quickly and we felt safe in their hands. Yes they were late sometimes but that is only because of so many people being discharged in to care. Mum has now moved to a nursing home and they supported us all the way. I would really recommend them.

I too share concerns. I have experienced rudeness and lies! I now refuse to have anything to do with them.

This Agency only cares about taking money. Some of the Carers are not very good, From our experience the problem appears to lie with the Supervisors and Management. Their Timekeeping can vary by 3 hours! And very often they only spend a few minutes with the Client. The only Recommendation I could give in respect of Care 2 You is have nothing to do with them, You will be wasting your money.

Care to You cared for my Dad in his final months with us and they were exceptional throughout. The carers were compassionate, understanding and professional and the office staff were entirely supportive and responsive. Our experience with Care to You far exceeds our experience other local care agencies and we would entirely recommend them for anyone looking for care at home.
