Ive got a few things to complain about with this salon. So firstly when entering the salon it was a mess, everything looked dirty, there was rubbish on the floor & the furniture was ripped and things were piled up on top of eachother. There was only one man there, no one else. When showing a pretty simple French manicure look he told me he couldnt do it but would try. He did not speak throughout getting my nails done, he came across as very rude as he kept tugging and pulling at my hands if I didnt have them in a position he wanted them to be in. My skin on my fingers were being filed more than my actual nails, I was left with friction burns even on the knuckles of my fingers! The outcome of my nails didnt look like the picture I showed him at all and the acrylic was all bubbly. Safe to say I will not be returning again. Service: Acrylic nails

After seeing the review saying staff were friendly I was met with a vey lukewarm response. The technician spoke in her own language to her colleague through the appt rather than talk to me. She also looked at her phone at points as well. This is only my 3rd time having nail extensions and the result is pretty bad. The nails are thick and rounded and not a nice shape. The polish is not professionally applied. I would never go back and am even thinking to have them removed . 35 not well spent!
