I went in for gel nails, hybrid eyelash extentions and a back massage, nails took over 2 hours so I decided to drop the back massage as I wouldn't have time on my parking ticket. It was ok I was happy to do that at the time. However then my eyelashes got rushed. I know these are meant to take 2 to 3 hours but they took barely 1 and a half hours. I would have had time for my back massage after all. I wasn't given a patch test and also there was no couch roll being used it was freezing in the salon and radio 1 was playing grime music. It was bought for me as a gift from my partner as I have a new baby and I don't get much time to myself. I paid the money and left but by the time I got to my car (3 minuits) the eyelashes were just falling off. When I got home to feed my baby they were dropping onto her and within one hour of leaving all the eyelashes had completely come off. My partner called to ask for the money back for the eyelashes alone. We were met with rudeness and bolshyness and the manager refusing to refund us. Saying we'll she was happy when she left. And if we came back she would call the police on us!! I have written since and my comments get deleted and I get ignored. Was a very stressful situation that cost me and my partner 75 pounds in total And for 2 hours on my nails they wernt all that. Nice colour but the plastic tips were left with all the filed bits still underneath, not straight. Very rude staff. Had all week to make it right but decided to ignore me instead. Avoid this place at all costs. I have reported to trading standards.
