We have used First Choice a few times in the past. This time Matt was brilliant in helping us remortgage and both sons with their first mortgages. Exceptional advice to our youngest who was going to wait a year..Matt just suggested he wouldnt save as much money as he would by fixing his mortgage ratebest advice ever as rates have now gone up! The whole team are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and we are so appreciative. Highly recommend this company.

I am really disappointed with their service. They didn't find me the best deal. I changed and made the mistake of not noticing that their fee was payable on application regardless of whether you'll get it(it isn't with other brokers I worked with). I asked for a call to clarify why this was not made clearer and to explain why I wasn't happy. What they've done instead was to send it straight to the credit agency which almost doubled the fee payable. Don't make the same mistake.
