Amazing service! Thank you so much to Tracey at Prosper Home Loans for all her hardwork, time, and outcome on our mortgage. As first time buyers my parnter and I had no idea how things worked. From the first point of contact with Tracey she got to know us, explained every step and requirement. She was also so prompt, polite and repsonded quickly to emails or question giving us great advice and help along the whole journey. When we finally had a offer accepted on a property Tracey worked late evenings and the weekend to ensure we got the best deal as it was a turbulent time within the market. Tracey also took time to talk to us about other polices and cover. We are so so greatful and would highly, highly recommended Tracey. Thank you once again.

I cannot thank Prosper Home Loans and Paul, Ellie and the team for their continued unrivalled support and advice throughout our process of trying to get a mortgage. They are clear, professional experts in their field and have been so understanding of our circumstances. We would not have got a mortgage offer without their guidance and determined hard work. I have no words to explain how grateful I am to them for helping us throughout probably one of the most stressful periods of our lives. I dont know if any other broker or advisor wouldve offered us the level of consistency that this team have. We found Tracey Smith at prosper home loans by chance when 3 other brokers (from different firms) couldnt manage to help us get a mortgage with slightly complex salaries and being self employed. From the get go, she was so thorough in getting all of the information and questions answered before we progressed to application, a lot of this was done over an hour on a Sunday! Unheard of! She kept us updated throughout and was always available with quick replies which was such a nice comfort. The right lender was identified and the application was progressed, I was convinced we would be rejected and then after a bit of a wait due to the current financial uncertainty, we got the call on a Monday morning that our lender had issued the mortgage offer! I honestly cant recommend Tracey enough, she has done what we saw as the impossible and we now finally have the house move we have been waiting for for so long! If you want a competent, knowledgable broker who has the ability to get the very best deals (especially baring in mind the self employed part) then Tracey is the person for you! Brilliant!
