He is very thorough and always suggests the most cost-effective approach. He is pleasant, professional and reliable. The whole team at Dale Saunders are incredibly helpful and friendly - answering calls at weekends, suggesting solutions for us to try ourselves over the phone and getting an engineer call out booked asap when weve been without heating.
