I received some treatment from you (last April May?) for lower back . You gave me some very helpful exercises that inspired me to take up Pilates that l am regularly practising and I have no more back pain. I have been meaning to give you some feedback for a while now and to say thank you for treating me and putting me on the right track.

I went to Dover Physiotherapy several times over the summer with a trapped nerve in my neck. Shinu is an excellent therapist, very knowledgeable and professional but also friendly and puts you at ease. His physio treatments, exercise recommendations and acupuncture had me feeling much better very quickly and fully recovered after a few weeks. Would highly recommend this practice.

Physio is very knowledgeable and friendly and has significantly helped my discloated shoulder and ligament damage injury get a lot better. He also has given me confidence and knowledge how to get back into the gym safely and progressively to prevent it from happening again and educating me with lots of exercises and stretches to work on at home. Even a free resistance band! Also its worth noting after two sessions he said I probably wont need any more now That shows hes not trying to make loads of money out of your injury and stringing it along like other physios might! Definitely would recommend Jordan

What great advice! really knowledgeable and made so much sense! We did an online consulation via Skype. I was very impressed with our call and what I have come away with. I will be recommending Shinu to my friends and family.
