Neptune Media have been managing my website for a few years now and their services are second to none! nothing it too much trouble. Just recently my website under went a refresh and at the same time I was offered some training so that I can manage certain aspect of my webpage myself. The training with Laura was amazing and so beneficial to my business. Laura was patient and extremely clear with the training and I left feeling confident. I've delt with Neptune media for awhile now and always go back. I find that they listen to the customer and very quickly understand my requirements. I'm a difficult customer that demands a first class service, and they always deliver. This is the third website they have built for me. I always recommend them to my friends. Drew at Neptune worked with me to create a website I am very pleased with at a fair price. Drew was attentive to my requests and my timescale. We had a couple of teething problems to overcome and he dealt with these professionally. There were some difficulties with emails going astray which is why I gave 4 stars not 5, but overall my site looks great and I have confidence in a high level of on-going service from Drew at Neptune.
