I cannot thank Paul, Ben and all their staff enough for all their support and help with the sale of my house. Thank goodness I chose Burgess & Co. The sale, which should have been straightforward, took 6 months. It would have taken much longer without Burgess & Co monitoring, facilitating and chasing up every step of the legal process. They updated me at least once a week, encouraged me when I felt low, and soothed me when frustration threated to take over. The staff work together as a strong cohesive team, and everyone always knew exactly what was happening regarding my sale. If I ever have to move again, wherever I am living in the UK, I will explore whether it is possible to use them as my selling agents. I'd like to especially thank Ben Davey, as he was my main (and fantastic) point of contact. But all the other staff became involved at some stage of the process, and they were equally professional, effective and a pleasure to work with. I wish Burgess and Co all the very best for the future.
