My mum needed respite care urgently as she had a fire at her home. I called Mandy at Grosvenor House and she was able to take her in within 3 days. My mother spent seven weeks at the home while her flat was being sorted. We found the home absolutely wonderful - immaculately clean, nicely decorated, great food, lovely staff and generally a fun, happy atmosphere l. Also a great location right on St Leonard's sea front. I could not fault the place and in fact my mum is now saying she'd like to go back there. Thankyou to Mandy and her brilliant team.

My mum moved into Grosvenor House from another care home where she was unhappy. Although she passed away shortly after moving there, she told me every day how kind and caring the people are. She began to feel like a human being again rather than a liability. All staff treat both residents and visitors with genuine care and friendship and I will ever be grateful to Mandy, Paula and the wonderful team for their care and commitment.
