If I could give a higher star rating, I would. We have found every aspect of this company, management, admin and carers, to be absolutely first rate. The care is superb, friendly yet professional, kind and accomodating. A small number of carers allocated to us and so there is continuity of care and not , as can be the case, a different carer turning up each day. The admin team are helpful and knowledgeable. We highly recommend them.

By far the best company I have ever worked for. The company is always at the other end of the phone if you are in doubt about anything or need advice. They are so supportive and very easy to talk to about anything. It is such an efficient company and all of the staff are so lovely. Every single one of my colleagues are so willing to help. I never have to feel worried about asking for help or advice at radfield. They go above and beyond the ensure that clients needs are being met and everyone is treated the same. I don't know where I would be without radfield.

I worked here three years ago now. Ive been meaning to write a review for awhile but not gotten around to it. Radfield Home Care is an excellent employer and Id highly recommend it to people who are looking to work for a caring domiciliary care agency. They really get to know you, youre treated positively and kindly and encouraged to grow in your caring skills and abilities. Managment team have care and social work backgrounds meaning they fully understand and empathise with the sensitivities and difficulties of the role. Id done training with two other care companies before I worked for Radfeild and not to be negative but they were dreadful so it was such a huge relief to find Radfeild which was the antithesis of them. I loved the bespoke feel and personal touches which makes you feel youre not just a bottom of the barrel worker; youre respected. All this is so important. I had a fantastic boss who is truly a people person, level head and is easy to communicate with, also Amy well shes an angel really. I was new to care as Ive said, and having that early experience of what great leadership is and excellent care stayed with me. So if youre looking for care work somewhere special this is the place for you.

Radfield has shown me how a company can and should be run. Having already experienced working in Domiciliary care before the standards and work commitment is next to nothing that I have seen before. The manager and office team are outstanding and are always there for help or issues that arise and they will always find a way to resolve it to the best of the ability. The rest of the team are all so kind and compassionate and the communication between us all really helps with making sure the clients and staff are well informed. I would definitely have any of my loved ones being cared for be Radfields because I have no doubt that they will be cared for in a way that suits their needs and preferences. I'm very lucky to be part of such an incredible team and can't see myself being anywhere else.
