        I ordered the recovery letter , on 03 Oct - is over 12hrs still not received .I done live chant no answer and phone no answer!!!! Spam !!!!

        Take a look at their negative reviews on Trustpilot. Avoid at all costs. Can't get hold of them on the phone or chat. Refuse a refund even though not dispatched. Shocking company. Wish I could give zero stars.

        These guys are struggling at the moment mainly due to such high demand. They want to do their best but have been overwhelmed. There Covid testing products and processes work well but their customer care is lacking in times of high demand so don't leave checking you have your codes etc until the last minute.
