        Elizabeth has done karate, Muay Thai and BJJ for 2 years. She is a Sensei and teaches in Hastings and Rye. She loves her Canton martial arts. It is beneficial to her physical and mental health. I love seeing her such a happy confident 14 year old. Thank you.
