Lovely guy, very responsive and really great results. I've worked with Jonathan before and will work with him again. Definitely recommend! Jonathan has been brilliant. We needed help for our new website - it just wasn't moving forward and it was our content that was the block. Enter Jonathan. He knows his stuff and immediately recognised our points of pain. We did some background work first to find our "tone of voice" which was really helpful, not just for the website because it has already found its way into some of our emails and other materials. New website is coming soon and really looking forward to how that is viewed by both new visitors (prospective customers) and old users alike. Wish we'd taken this step a year earlier!

We've worked with So, What if.. on a number of projects, but most recently for our own website. As a design agency it's tough to be objective when working on our own promotion, but Jonathan was able to coax out of me exactly what we wanted to say but had been unable to form into words. From that he developed a boilerplate and tone of voice, and finally the full copy for the site. I can't recommend him highly enough.
