        Our experience of Rapid Ramp has been excellent. The team in the office were great, helping with with the adjustments we required for our parents personal needs, they provided a high level of customer service throughout the process. The installation team were fantastic, arrived exactly at the time promised, completed the work with ease, they even made some slight adjustments to take into consideration my Parents in Laws needs. The materials used are of a great standard in particular the powder coating/hand rails and kick boards are great. Excellent customer facing skills by the fitters Chris and Dennis. We would definitely recommend Rapid Ramp to anyone who is considering a residential ramp. Well done Rapid Ramp, great job by all of you

        Asked for the quotation. The sales person is rude. Not even do the negotiation. Just not want to talk to customer. Update: Appology accepted. The sales name as Lean contacted me. And I am happy with his attitude.
