        Their switches look nice but quality is poor. The toggle switch has come loose in most of ours (which Ive been told cant be fixed) and two of them have broken off completely.

        We have been working professionally with FocusSB to provide high end and bespoke faceplates on projects for over 15 years. Everything from developer projects that need a little something special, to working with their team to create bespoke items for discerning clients. Always good value and any problems are always dealt with quickly and professionally.

        Finding a complete range of matching switch plates can be difficult, especially when non-standard additional plates are requested. I know Focus SB will be able to produce a bespoke plate to accompany their ranges and the trust I have in them.Their level of customer service is excellent.

        Being electrical contractors, we deal with a wide variety of product suppliers, however our dealings with SB focus have been very poor. the communication was slow, any minor changes meant that a complete re quote was needed taking the order process back to the start. Finally once or order had been processed the lead time was 2 months, and even then the products a month late (3 months)!! i strongly advise using another manufacture.
