        My girlfriend sadly couldn't make it due to the length of travel from up north so a friend who lives in Bexhill helped me find the place. Wasn't the easiest to find but we found it in the end. Really clean and tidy. Very friendly and helpful via airbnb and couldn't be happier with the bed and room. The room rate is ok and the shower works perfectly. The sink is tiny and makes brushing my teeth a little awkward but that's not worthy of a mark down. Wouldn't hesitate to return when visiting my family again next year. I will upload some new photos later. 2mins walk to the beach. Very quiet on a night time. Tea and coffee provided so it's a HUGE thumbs up from me.
