I am appalled by the rude and unprofessional service I received from Arwa restaurant. Not only was my food late by two hours, when it finally arrived it was cold and some items were missing. I contacted the restaurant twice and politely asked why my order was so late and asked for an expected time of arrival, I spoke to a man who's English was almost inaudible, he told me that my food was ten minutes away. Half an hour later I called again, and was told the food was with the driver. 45 minutes later it finally arrived. When the food arrived it was cold, unseasoned, dry and some rice was missing. I called the restaurant again and was told that the rice that I wanted wasn't available then to add injury to insult I was hung up on. Order at your peril! I have nothing positive to say about the food, the long wait was certainly less disappointing than the condition of the food when it got here. Dreadful service and quality. The halloumi was so cold and dry my partner could hear it squeaking as I ate it! I only ate it as after waiting so long for the food I was very hungry.
