Kristie Strout . The most patronising falsely confident person Ive ever met. Surprised she even obtained a law degree. Legal advice is paralegal level and arrogance is worthy of a KC which she clearly falls short of by a country mile. Cant believe she is still employed by Holdens.. mind you jolyon is her equal. Looked down on me as Im only a self employed electrician however she failed to understand on an earnings level I could buy and sell her . Avoid at all costs!

I tried to get support for an individual who is deaf. This was with the housing law team. I was appalled by the response. I was told that they would not take this case on because it would take too long (as the potential client cannot use the telephone and requires e-mail or MS Teams meeting where he adds captions). When I suggested that this attitude was compounding the inequality he faced, I was asked if I was making threats about equality. The customer service was very poor and I would not recommend them to anyone with additional needs based on my experience.

Terrible ,fobbed me off for weeks ,keeping me waiting while nothing was done,just cant believe this day and age how they can be so useless.Week after week phone calls and ZILT.
