Very impressed with Nicolaes service, he was very thorough and accommodating. In the end my mother was more unwell than we realised and we couldnt proceed with the PoAs, but Nicolae was very understanding and dealt with my mother sensitively. Would recommend.

I appointed APS Legal & Associates to write me a new will and to complete and register 2 Power of Attorney applications. Their Nicolae Trofin, who lives in close proximity to me, dealt with both matters in a most pleasant and proficient manner during several face-to-face visits. He was always punctual and was not phased by any of my questions, always providing clear answers in understandable terms. We previously used the services of Nicolae of APS Legal & Associates to put in place a Lasting Power of Attorney (for both Health & Welfare and Property & Financial affairs) and Will for my Father-in-Law. My Father-in-Law was based in a care home (at the time), which may have made things more difficult, but Nicolae was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. He made a number of trips to come and see my Father-in-Law, and to really get to know him, which made him feel at ease and comfortable with what was being discussed. Every aspect of the process was explained and discussed in detail, and Nicolae was happy to spend as much time as was needed in order to get everything just right and give us the peace of mind we needed. Nicolae was extremely professional and courteous right from the start, and we would certainly recommend him and APS to our Friends and Family. Thank you so much!
