Buying our first home seemed scary but Chris Bean done an amazing job of informing us about every part of the process and made a situation which started off very stressful, an incredibly relaxing and easy experience. He answered all questions we had in good detail and clearly cared about us and had an incredible amount of enthusiasm whilst helping us through buying our first home. I would 100% recommend asking for Chris Bean. We cannot thank him enough for his incredible work.

Cannot rate the service from Lucy highly enough, we have had to consult Lucy as another local solicitor is proving very difficult and not helpful when trying to conclude a probate matter which has caused my mother in law severe upset. Lucy has been amazing spending time with us to get a conclusion to this matter.

I was disappointed with the service and the fees charged . I was buying a buy to let ,with no mortgage ,survey or searches ,so presumed the conveyancing would be quick .The vendors solicitors were very slow but after 3 months we were no where near exchange and my only two queries ,being who is responsible for repairing the blown window and an estimate to extend the lease were still not answered .When I read a copy of the lease I discovered that it did not actually need extending !I pulled out and was charged 950 .Im afraid I cant recommend them based on my experience .
