My son and I have used this company for conveyancing and have found them to be quick and professional. My son had a particularly difficult transaction with a shared ownership, where the company had only just taken over the new build flat, they navigated a way to get this done where others had failed and kept my son advised the whole way and putting a first time buyer at ease. Would highly recommend them.

I feel so lucky that I was recommended Heringtons and had Natalie Mortimer as my solicitor. The first property I nearly completed on, the buyer pulled out at the last minute but a year later I have now bought the house for me in Hastings! Natalie has been professional, helpful and is very fast to respond to queries, the communication throughout has been exemplary. I would highly recommend Heringtons but particularly Natalie!
