I booked ten sessions of laser hair removal to try and reduce or get rid of unwanted facial hair. I'm really glad I did as the reduction is amazing and I still have one session left so it's not even the final outcome yet. Rachel is very friendly, non-judgemental and approachable and on top of that, she really knows everything there is to know about laser hair removal! I'm really pleased with how everything has gone. If you're looking for an affordable, safe, professional, effective treatments with great results then Bellissimo is the place! The owner of the clinic is a very honest person who genuinely cares for her clients & is very understanding. Definitely recommend!

Laser treatment did not work, very unhappy. I paid a lot of money in advance for 6 session after I was made to believe my hair type was perfect for the treatment and would start to see results after my 2nd treatment. I've had 4 session and no results whatsoever, Nothing was offered to me only to be told that it's not guaranteed to work, I feel mislead and left very frustrated. I was fooled by the huge discount by paying in advance which is non refundable, don't do the same. what a waste of time and money.

What brilliant service. Rachel was so kind and professional especially when putting my mind at ease for tattoo removal. Definitely will be booking other services in the future. Also - great prices, no unnecessary overcharge like the bigger companies. 5 stars!!
