2 stars for Good cover and a great app. However loss of stars for awful customer service. the app make viewing policy easy- however when amending policy- ignores instructions you have put in on change quote and goes from date submitted not date selected in quote. When calling to rectify, informed they cannot rectify, so will need to make 2 changes to policy, to revert back and then have new changes again with new date with 2 x admin fee plus any further charges on policy, with no refund of payment already made. So left with current car uninsured, new car double insured, and no resolve apart from being out of pocket again! Will not be using again nor renewing.

WARNING - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. i don't ever leave reviews however I feel I need to warn others about using this insurance company. They auto-renewed my policy without my permission, after multiple attempts to contact them, waiting over an hour in total on the phone, I finally spoke with them about this error and was charged an additional 21 admin fee to cancel policy, one day after start date. *** DON'T TRUST POSITIVE REVIEWS REGARDING THIS COMPANY - THEY LOOK COMPUTER GENERATED ***

Dont think I would get insurance any where else. Now 4 years approaching and never had a single problem. I was involved in an accident (not my fault) and Hastings direct didnt make me loose my no claims and my excess was paid through the other party. I was organised a courtesy car very quick also. My accident was 2022 and Im now renewing again. Thank you

Paid outright car insurance for the year. Everything was fine and accepted. Then after cooling off period they wanted claims history, never been asked for this before. Cancelled the insurance and took 45 for the pleasure!! Scammer. Would not recommend
