Spoilt for choice when it comes to desserts. Staff were attentive and friendly. It does look a little tired inside, but was very clean and tidy.

Food was good but the place is falling apart, smashed and cracked front windows, dirty toilet with smashed mirror, marks all over the walls and ceilings and floor dirty. Don't think we will go to the Hastings one again unless it's cleaned up.

How difficult is it to remember 2 puddings, if it was 12, I could maybe understand but when its 2, it becomes a joke. Always happens, they forget to do the ice cream. Banoffee dough, comes with banoffee ice cream, bueno dough comes with bueno ice cream. Honestly its not difficult!!!!!

First impressions. It wasn't very welcoming. We walked in and waited a few minutes to be seated, even though there was only two other people in there and they had already been served. Then when we were seated, we walked past about 6 tables of dirty plates left by previous customers. So I'm guessing the staff are a bit lazy about tidying up. Some of the ingredients weren't available for some of the ice creams, so they had to adapt them. Personally I didn't like the taste of the chocolate bits in the ice cream but my partner enjoyed both of our ice creams
