    My used Hyundai i10 was sent by my warranty company to Bexhill Hyundai for some repairs. The service from them was over and above in both quality and care. I lost my father whilst the car was waiting to be fixed and although there was still a week until the repair was to be completed, Darren and his team went over and above to make sure it was ready early so I could attend my dad's funeral - working late into Friday night and delivered the car to me the next morning (a week early). Incredible customer service from an incredibly caring team. Phenomenal!

    I applied last September for a mobility car and placed an order which was due on May 23. I was told at the time it would be probably sooner. After continual emails to which I got no reply, I eventually got through to sales by mobile last week. The salesman said he would have to talk to his manager last Friday as there was a possible blue Hyundai next week. I've just got off the phone and totally disgusted with their treatment. I've been told theirs a red Hyundai on the 9th of July. Too late for the start of the festival season and the fact that the order I placed is now deferred to this Autumn. I would believe them if they told me it was raining without checking myself. What they say and what they activate are not the same thing. Please be aware their 5-star rating is a false representation of what they actually provide.
