        Purchased property in December 2021. Multiple faults some very significant. Site manager useless. As a tradesman running my own company I would have been out of business if I offered this standard of workmanship. Every trade on this build is sub standard. I wouldnt employ any of them even for the simplest of tasks. They play the percentage game of not finishing work properly and hope that the average homebuyer wont notice and if they do then they will address the issue. Build quality and materials are rubbish. Contracts manager on this site is argumentative and rude. Absolute disgrace. Only positive is Sarah at site office who was an absolute example of professionalism and helpfulness.
