        Terrible at answering calls and getting back when they say they will. Staff are often in meetings, staff training days or on long holidays with no one able to answer questions or deal with complaints. If I could give a zero star I would but there was no option for this. Repairs do not get done and when they are it is with cheap materials that often break and the wait for another repair is extensive. Would not recommend to anyone looking to be housed
