I lived here some time ago, it was a terrible place. Sad to see it's still making money from exploiting vulnerable people, instead of helping them. You have no shame, you wouldn't treat any of your family this badly.

My landlord does not care about his clients and the food there is cheap and frozzen nothing is fresh also the staff are not very friendly they also come to work with persenal problems and take it out on the clients also my landlord gives us written warnings and also gives us a section 21 or a section 8 my landlord does not care if he kickes s out as we have no where to go as some of us dont have family to help us also he asks other clients to do moden day slavery and he cant provide other clients with fresh food to cook as a set member of staff said he was a chef before working for my landlord. over at 88 london road st leoards on sea We do not have propper cookers and the rooms we have is not a flat and is not worth 120 every two weeks that works out as 240 amonth. My landlord has villent people in and crimminals with puts us all in danger
