        Excellent stay at Minstrel's Rest. Very friendly host, super comfy room, very modern ensuite bathroom, and the most amazing breakfast you could find in Hastings. We would highly recommend Minstrel's Rest to anyone going to Hastings. Phill & Michelle put in a lot of effort to decorate the place, it is one of the most unique guesthouses we have ever been to. We felt at home and this is a truly a hidden gem.
