I have had a car accident and your phone lines are closed, your website doesn't work for me to make a claim, and I am utterly disappointed by this appalling service.

Terrible customer service. Not interested in assisting and wait 46 minutes to talk to someone who was absolutely disinterested in helping me.

I was insured by them last year.came to renew and as sure as eggs are eggs the price went up. But I quick phone call . and the price dropped like a pair of knickers.

Unfortunately there is no option to give zero stars, an awful car insurance company, I had an accident on the 24th August, reported it straight away, they sent me an email with details of the repair hub were I can track the progress of my repair. So I live in Bradford, first they told my my nearest repair garage was in Leeds which is fine, I kept on check the repair hub, 4 days later it changed to so garage in Huddersfield, then another garage in Huddersfield, then I got a call from a garage in Lancashire (an a hours drive from Bradford) I told the man that's too far, and I need somewhere closer, he said fine I will let pink insurance know, check the repair hub and the repair had been cancelled!!! So I rang the insurance company told them what had happened (on the 3rd September) the lady I spoke to sent a request to a repair garage in Leeds, I have not had any calls at all!!! Don't ever go with this company absolutely rubbish!!!! They haven't even look at the damage on my car as of yet. No offer of a courtesy car, nothing.
