Sound Healing

Russell is brilliant, yesterday was my first time experiencing a sound healing and I now can't stop raving about it, I've never felt so in sync with my own body, everything is aligned. Russell is a brilliant communicator and helped me understand a great deal more about myself and my energy field. I'd recommend that everyone give him a visit.

What an amazing therapy. Upon entering this this incredible space at 1 Marina I instantly felt something special was about to happen. As a busy Beauty Therapist who gives a lot to others Sound Healing has helped me recharge my own batteries and I came away from the treatment feeling instantly stronger, clearer and most importantly a better version of myself.
