        The experience was first class. The only complaint I have is that someone came into the waiting room and called my name and then promptly disappeared before I saw where she came from. Another patient pointed me in the right direction and after asking another member of staff I got to the right place. Apart from this it was ok

        Excellent experience. Easy to book, managed to get a consultation early, thereby saving the wait for a much later NHS appointment. Great pre-appointment admin and comms. On the day was seen at appointed time, not rushed and afterwards left completely assured. Thank you.
