Wonderful haircuts this afternoon, my daughter looked so different. Friendly staff and very welcoming. I don't know if Emma Hellier offers drinks? But I would of loved a cuppa. Thanks again for making us feel special.

Really happy after my first visit to EHellier! It's always a bit daunting finding a new hairdresser but I think I struck gold here with Olivia. She was brilliant!

I've wanted to visit for years but never had the opportunity but finally did today. Well worth the wait, such a friendly team and this pregnant lady left feeling very pampered. Over the moon with my hair cut and how light it feels, I can't stop swishing it about can't wait to book in for a dye job after having baby

The girls are absolutely lovely & the salon itself is beautiful & clean, however my experience was not the relaxing, pamper experience I'd hoped for. Also, my haircut is ok, but it's not a 40 haircut. Disappointing after reading their website. Maybe it's a post covid blip??

I have used the salon in the past for extensions, and although I have no complain about the quality of the work (although it was massively overpriced), I must express my disappointment at their recent lack of professionalism: I went back to ask about having some blue highlights or extensions done. The girl (whose name I don't recall) took a sample of my hair and my contact details and said someone will be in touch with me soon. I waited a week, and as no one got in touch with me I decided to call again in case they had taken down the wrong number. I spoke to another girl, who took my name and number (again) and said that someone will be in touch with me the next day. It has now another week and no one has called me back. I appreciate they are busy, but this is not acceptable and I will definitely not be going back there.
