My stepdaughter attended the salon on 23rd December to have her eye lashes done as a Christmas present from me and her dad. She paid 40 for these lashes. She said that when she left the salon they actually looked nice but within 1-2 hours of getting home they were starting to drop out and looked uneven. I contacted the lady at the shop to express that she was not happy with them. She agreed to give my step daughter a 50% refund. My step daughter is still waiting on this. It has been well over a month and Ive contacted the lady at the shop several times to be just given excuses as to why its not been done. Very poor customer service

Very friendly and fantastic hairdressers. Back again in a few days after having my hair transformed to have a manicure and pedicure.
