        Had two appointments with Vicki, who has done my hair for years. Was so excited when she moved there . But found it very awkward, manageress very rude . Felt like she disapproved of my presence. Very condescending to my stylist. . Needs a customer service course. Shame as lovely salon . Also her own hair is not a good look for a upmarket salon !!!
