        Had a dry cut by Karen in Hastings. Karen claimed to have 40yrs experience. I don't believe her. The worst cut ever! I went to another salon and they agreed the cut was bad and corrected it for free.

        Id give 0 stars if I could. Got my hair lightened here in July and had about 60% of my hair melt off because the stylist left the bleach on for the WHOLE DAY. I now have brittle and damaged hair that falls out in clumps still months later. The stylist never owned up to it and I had to pay over 100 for the service. Broke down into a panic attack outside the shop once I realised how damaged my hair was. I now have bald spots, chunks of hair missing and still a lot of emotional trauma from this. My hair was down to my stomach before this, and left the salon with shoulder length hair and clumps of it missing. Disgusting service and tried contacting them for a refund and got told to get lost. DO NOT GO HERE Service: Hair coloring
