        This is the most amazing inclusive fitness studio I have ever been to (and there have been many) it caters for all abilities, shapes, sizes and personalities. No judging just friendly people in a safe clean space. There are a wide range of classes as well as a fully equipped gym with cardio machines, weights and a smith machine Bianca is an awesome instructor/PT with extensive knowledge and will help you achieve your goals.

        I found this studio whilst looking for a Boogie Bounce class. After attending and meeting the owner, and then attending various other classes, I joined as a member! The classes are so varied, everyone is so friendly, and the support is fantastic. I'm now exercising up to 6 days a week because i enjoy it so much!
