I have found the team at Bexhill job centre to be extremely helpful and supportive. I have had two meetings with "Janet" and she has been a great help and she has done what she said she would do and remained proactive in contacting me to arrange a further appointment. I have felt that I have been listened to and have confidence that I will get the appropriate support for my particular issue.

Was asked if I needed anything special on arrival over the phone. As I have Crohns I told the operator I require the use of a toilet and was told that's fine and the would be informed. When I turned up and was busting got the loo I was denied and told to use ones at the station, during the trip to fine loos in a hurry I rolled my ankle. Never felt so angry in my life.
