They've turned my world upside down by taking my daughter off of me and disbelieving my mental breakdown calling me and my GP liars. Their the worst people on earth, they have no compassion and won't let my daughter talk to me, no support whatsoever. The social worker needs to go back and learn about mental health issues as she's just clueless. Worst organisation EVER

Talk about cloak and dagger, my 17 year old daughter has been sneakily assessed for supported housing, without my knowledge, I'm a single, disabled mum, I have sole custody and parental responsibility, and my daughter who is on the spectrum has been convinced to move into a ymca house. She trusts everyone and will be taken advantage of. Don't get involved with these people if you have the choice, they just tear families apart. If you have no choice my prayers are with you And to Louise I'm thinking of you

Totally useless Currently speaking with these people They dont care about children they just treat them like a statistic , information isnt passed on , complaints are not being dealt with appropriately. Children suffer , parents suffer Place needs shutting down Contacting local MP

My family has had social services involved before and my family had a nice experience, she was a lovely woman social worker my daughter really looked forward to seeing her. She listened and actually helped. For certain reasons we seeked there help again But it's been a huge mistake. This time round it's the total opposite experience Our social worker we now have now has not made much attempts to sit down and try to get to know my daughter and son and the way the reports are written and wording used and twisted has just made a worse impact on us as a family. The staff at the desk is friendly but the security guard is rude. I would advise against seeking there help as it is luck of the draw what worker you get but if they have to get involved without your choice I just hope u get a worker like we previously had. So my review is based on current situation. Good luck

I had an incident with a resident and called this number looking for advice and answers. Couldnt have been nicer. Listened to my issues and was able to resolve the problem within an hour. Id give them more stars if I could
