I cannot recommend Hinkleys enough for their help, guidance and professionalism. Luke was very understanding and caring when dealing with us, talk us through what the steps were and Tracey who delivered my dads ashes back to me. 5 stars.

From the very first telephone call and right through to the collection of ashes, the whole team at Hinkleys were absolutely fantastic and made everything so easy to deal with. Everything went according to plan and was exactly what we had requested. A special mention goes to Suzanne as she made my brother and I feel at ease at such a difficult time, and helped to prepare a really fitting send off for our Dad. I would definitely recommend Hinkleys as a highly professional and very compassionate funeral directors.

Hinkleys arranged my grandads funeral with/for me. Excellent service from the original meeting to discuss details to the personal introductions and farewells at the end. Very compassionate. Highly recommended,the best at what they do. Ill always be grateful for the service they provided and especially to Luke who made a sad time easier for myself and my family.

Luke was very helpful and knowledgeable. He guided us through the planning for mums funeral and was polite, professional and caring at all times. The funeral went smoothly and the staff were considerate of our feelings throughout. We cant fault the service received from Luke and all the staff at Hinkleys and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
