        Flowers look nice, but I asked for them to be delivered at 4pm and they were delivered much earlier when I wasn't able to get to the door and partner was at work; they were given to a neighbour. Would have preferred they were delivered at the requested time so my partner could have been surprised by the door knock and received the flowers herself. I think that is the main reason people request delivery from a florist on Valentine's day. If i had known they were not going to be delivered at the specified time id have collected them from the shop and saved money. Flowers great. Service not so great Order reference: IN11636

        My elderly father couldn't attend his sisters funeral and we ordered flowers but asked if we could have a picture of them for my Dad. Was assured in writing we would receive a photo. We didn't. My Dad was so disappointed. I will have to take the florists word that they were lovely
