The Flower Shop

I have used this little flower shop twice now for different occasions and I am very impressed with their service. Recently I popped in leaving it to the last minute asking for a flower arrangement in a wooden wooven basket and cheekily asked whether it would be possible to have it for later that afternoon. I knew that I was probably pushing my luck a little but they done their very best despite being busy and they squeezed me in. Sure enough later on that afternoon I had a phone call confirming that my order had now been completed and was ready for collection. I was very impressed with the results. Very beautifully arranged fresh flowers and they even attached a pink bow to the top of the basket to finish it off nicely. Pricing was very competitive and the quality is un-matched. I will definitely use this company again! Top Work!!

Today is February 14 2013, valentines day, my partner decided to use The Flowers shop Bohemia Road as we are just across the road, so that would mean given business to a local small business and that as we are across the road delivery would be am. He told me before he left that i shouldnt go out in the morning as I had a delivery coming......12.30 i messaged him to let him know that my delivery had not arrived. He was caught up at work so gave me the number to call and get a ETD, I was told although they said morning delivery they would have told him it may not be am as its a busy day, but my order was on the van and should arrive soon. That phone call was at 1pm. 4pm still no delivery, so I called again and mentioned that I had waited in all day now and need to pop out but my order hadnt been delivered. I was asked what was ordered...........how much was the order!!!!!!! REALLY? How would I know what I was waiting for and how much it had cost!!!! Again mentioned as I had already told them Im just across the road from you and I have been waiting all day for my delivery and now need to go out, Valentines day is gonna be over soon and the surprise is now a drag. My flowers were delivered @ 4.30 with a card and a post it note saying + chocs!!!! Yes I did call the shop again and questioned the post it, my partner had paid for chocs aswell but these were not delivered. They said I would have to wait untill tomorrow for the chocs but this would be a morning delicery!!!! yeah right like that will happen! So in the end I had to go over and collect my chocs only to see there was 3 members of staff in the shop and not one of them thought it would be good customer service to run these across the road as I had been waiting all day. SHAM! HE SHOULD HAVE GIVEN HES MONEY TO THE LOCAL CO-OP. will not advice anyone to use THE FLOWERS SHOP, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE BAD SERVICE.
