        A funny Hastings tradition held on the May day weekend. The weekend consists of parades, music and the procession of Jack i and around the old town. Theres stalls and merchandise available and a staged area on the West Hill near to the smugglers adventure. If your visiting on the May back holiday and want to escape the chaos and noise of the motorbikes that also festune the old town on the Monday then head up the hill with the crowds. Wearing something green and placing green leaf headdresses are the dress of the day.

        I love love love Hastings Jack in the Green. It had to go online this year, 2020. Fingers crossed it will happen live in 2021.
