Disappointed with Sunday roast today, 3 underdone roast potatoes the most thinly sliced fatty beef that's ever been served to me for a roast dinner. I had to send it back and get it replaced. Such a shame as I've eaten here before and the food from the main menu was great. Roast was 18.50 it wasn't worth 10. My friends had the nut roast which was equally terrible.

First time visit and we were thoroughly impressed. The family have just moved to the area and the staff were extremely welcoming, as well as the locals. Andy was front of house as well as our server. We had a lovely cosy clean table with enough space for a buggy. Superb and exciting choices of food on the menu, (some options being "off menu" meant to us that food was fresh and in demand!) The food was excellent quality, ample portions and extremely tasty. Definitely recommend the dessert menu, you can't go wrong! Andy really made our evening one to remember and we will be visiting again in the very near future.

(Translated by Google) We ended our vacation here with our dogs for dinner. We met super nice waiters who even brought our food to our table, even though it was right in front of the pub and not inside the great beer garden. Dogs are friendly here, we were asked several times for water for our four-legged friends and we felt very comfortable with so much warmth. The food is exceptionally good and the ambiance is right for us and makes a pub exactly that. We will remember this pub well for the next trip and would love to come back. (Original) Wir waren in unserem Urlaub hier zum Abschluss mit unseren Hunden essen. Wir trafen auf super liebe Kellner, die uns sogar das Essen bis raus an den Tisch brachten, obwohl dieser direkt vor dem Pub stand und nicht drinnen im tollen Biergarten. Hier ist man Hunde freundlich, wir wurden mehrfach nach Wasser fr unsere Vierbeiner gefragt und waren, fhlten uns bei soviel Warmherzigkeit pudelwohl. Das Essen ist herausragend gut und das Ambiente stimmt, fr uns und machen einen Pub genau zu diesem. Diesen Pub werden wir uns fr die nchste Reise gut merken und gerne wieder kommen.
