The responsibility of elderly parents not coping is something most of us face at some point. Both struggle with limited mobility and a winding staircase in their home has been a saftey concern recently. We decided action was needed soon before a catastrophic accident happened. This is where I came across Only Lifts. They were not the first company I approached. However it was the approach of the smaller company with a high interest customer needs that sold me initially. I did not regret this. We now have a lift installed and my parents are happily able to navigate up and down with little fuss or effort, but more important to all my family they are now much safer. I could talk about the quality of build, the well thought out design of our lift but actually the over riding message I want to communicate to any prospective customer of Only Lifts is that I felt valued and served with care throughout the process as did my parents. For that I am extrememy grateful and would wholeheartedly recomend Only Lifts. Thank you for everything.

I have learned from a really awful experience with a lift company who let me down badly, that you not only need a good product, but you also need; sound advice, one individual you can contact and speak to easily, and a team that know what theyre doing. Gary and his team are honest about what can be done and do what they say they will do. You can trust Only Lifts to deliver an excellent service for a fair price.

Highly recommended. I arranged for a stairlift to be installed for my mother about 20 months ago. Dealing with Gary was great - straightforward, no sales pressure. The lift itself is great & reliable. We had a recent issue (caused by an obstruction on the stairs), and Gary came out within 4 hours to fix the issue and get the stairlift working again. Great company, with great service. Thanks to Gary and team.

We had a lift fitted in November and it's been life changing. I won't lie the lift fitting process is messy and you need to expect some damage to nearby decor. The team tried to minimise the upheaval and completed the work within a week. They were all very pleasant and hard working. Communication was good throughout. I can now go up and down stairs as many times as I want to during the day. I'm able to put my daughter to bed and give her a kiss goodnight, something I hadn't done for a long time. Priceless!
