We had boiler problems and retrieved 2 'OLD' electric heaters stored in the loft, plugged one in and 'BLEW' 16 sockets on the ground floor which Kathy sorted in 1.5 hours - It's rare for us to recommend but Kathy & Mark are a lovely couple and they've completed a number of jobs for us over the last 2 years and we can't thank them enough - Happy to recommend really nice people - - Cheers Lesley & Jim Service: Electrical outlet & switch repair

Cannot recommend Bright Sparks enough! I've used them for several routine jobs, both for our flat, and our whole building; including fixing a botched intercom system and servicing our fire alarms and emergency lighting at short notice. I've also called them twice in emergencies. Once - I had a power cut early evening. Mark was round in the hour, and even lent me an extension cable so I could have some power while I got my daughter to bed. Second time, we had a broken hob. Again - Cathy managed to fit me in on the same day, because she remembered we have a toddler, and knew it would matter for me to be able to use the oven again asap. This is the kind of personal service they deliver - going above and beyond every time, and always at a really fair price. They really know their stuff, have fit us in for every job we've needed doing, and have never let us down. I will always use them in future and tell everyone I know to do the same. Very rude and very unprofessional female electrian called cathy promised to help me out by disconnecting cooker she knew my situation of having just come out of a long stay in hospital i was on crutches and couldnt move my cooker enough to disconnect she cancelled twice and third time she didnt bother to turn up and couldnt be bothered to let me know she wasnt coming when i chased her up to find out where she was as she knew my cooker was being collected the next day i was promised she would call me later and i would be fitted in and cooker will be done before it was to be collected the person i spoke to wasnt helpful and couldnt wait to get me off the phone i never received that call from this female electrician and was left hanging i guess this is because she didnt know how to disconnect an electrical cooker so rather than say she doesnt know what shes doing she just doesnt bother to turn up or let you know or rebook
