7 days after I placed my order I chased a delivery date to find out that the stock was not on a 2 - 3 day lead time, but a 3 - 4 week lead time. No communication to inform me of the long delay, just an email to let me know one of the products was a couple of days late. Order cancelled, will not be using again.

We used them in the past and they were great and able to price match but the experience these days isnt that great. Popped into local branch and was told I need to order online to get online price, then I found the same item cheaper somewhere else but wanted to do business with a local company so asked for price match and had to chase for 3 days to get anyone to give me an answer which was negative anyway. We are renovating our house and will be purchasing few thousands pounds worth of lights, wires, sockets and switches but if they cant price match then we will buy from the competitor. Ive tried to create business for a local company but they obviously don't need it.

Really couldnt recomend this firm, they was unable to fulfill a order and blamed this on Royal Mail. Although refunded it left us in the poo and had to source our product locally. I would stick to local wholesalers! We had to put a job on hold because of an error made by these guys. I understand everyone makes mistakes but there was no communication from this firm.
