Every single month, I have to go through the same difficulty of getting my prescription. I'm exhausted at this point, and consider just stopping my medication altogether. It takes hours to get through to the clinic, which isn't great when you work full time. If you request your prescription with this surgery, put the request in at least two weeks before. Even then, you will probably have to call them to make sure it gets done.

Unfortunately I can give 0 stars. This surgery is terrible on so many accounts! My mum goes here and can never get an appointment. You cant even see a doctor in person here, you have to wait for them to call you back with an on the phone appointment. My mum is being forced to be charged a premium rate when they call her as well. One received call from the doctors charged her 28!! On top of all of this, they justify the way they operate by scar mongering their patients with a big scary covid notice that gets shown to you as soon as you go to their website. Using scar tactics to justify charging patients lots of money by using a premium rate number to call people, while also keeping their doors closed to keep their overheads as low as possible. Bad tactics and terrible morals. An absolute joke. Literally the worst doctors that Ive ever come across. Shame on you Sisley Medical Practice. Please dont respond with your generic reply either.
