        It's true, it is difficult to get an appointment; sign of the times maybe. However, with a bit of patience I did get through to them and I was promised someone would call me back; they did and the Doctor was very polite and considerate. I had an ear ache for seven days, the Doctor diagnosed the issue over the phone, sent a prescription to my local Chemist, and with in 2 day I was completely fine; many thanks.

        Terrible - if you want to wait on hold for hours and end up with video consultations with someone in the Midlands then go here. I asked them why they were so busy once and the receptionist said they had 25 thousand people on their books. I have had to change Doctors after 6 months.
